We store the following in our database to prevent abuse and track impact:

  • Your name, email address, and ZIP code
  • Your representative's name, email, and district
  • Whether you included proposed revisions
  • Your IP address (for rate limiting)
  • Date and time of submission

Your message content is sent directly to your representative via email and is not stored in our database.

When you subscribe to our newsletter

  • Your email address
  • Date of subscription

When you use the contact form

Your message is emailed to our team and is not stored in any database.

How We Use Your Data

Advocacy tracking

Aggregate counts (total messages, messages per district) are displayed on our Our Impact page. No personal information is shown publicly.

Rate limiting

IP addresses and email uniqueness are used to prevent spam and abuse.

Newsletter updates

Subscriber emails are used solely to send updates about HB2089. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated page view data with no cookies or personal tracking.
